Strong LA Weekly piece on "rescission-gate"

The LA Weekly came out with a strong piece this morning outlining the "smoking gun" evidence that "rescission" documents were doctored in the CTA-led "rescission" campaign up in Adelanto.  In addition to highlighting the parents' impressive pro bono legal team from Kirkland and Ellis, the piece raises the obvious question nobody is talking about - why did the District use such wildly different standards to review the "rescission" petitions than the original Parent Trigger petitions?  Why did parents have to catch this evidence of fraud themselves?
